The double-walled box
Double-walled cardboard boxes are a great choice for smaller, fragile items and for dense, heavy goods.
They are called 'double-walled' because they are constructed out of two layers of corrugated b/cardboard, which makes them very sturdy and crush-resistant.
This type of construction reduces the likelihood that these boxes will split open when lifted, even when they are filled with very heavy items.
It also allows them to withstand the pressure of heavy weight that might be placed on top of them during a move, reducing the likelihood that they will collapse and crush delicate contents.
When packing heavy items, use packing tape generously to ensure a strong seal. Double-walled boxes are ideal for:
